Ghanaian forward Godsway Donyo has revealed his excitement after returning to action following several weeks of absence due to injury.
The 23-year-old Nordsjaelland forward returned to action in the club’s 2-1 defeat to Danish giants Midjtyland, where he scored the only goal for his side.
The former Manchester City player has been impressive this season despite the injuries that have affected his campaign.
‘It is great to be back again. I have worked hard to come back before the season ends,’ Donyoh told bold.dk
‘That was a fine goal I scored against Midjtylland. I’ve been out for eight months and I have really missed doing what I love most, that is playing soccer.’
‘The body is fine. I got about 30 minutes in my return game and they are working on my physique after a long absence.’
Donyoh has scored 6 times in 11 appearances this season for the Danish club.
